Josh was absolutely amazing! He went way above and beyond to try to help me from afar when he was unavailable! And when I was still having issues and had to call about an appointment, I was relieved it was same day! He showed up before the expected time and got it up and running quickly! I will use them again if the need arises and recommend for anyone else to use as well!

Our hot water tank blew Sunday night, we called first thing Monday to arrange a replacement and were pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for that very morning. John and Chris quickly arrived, were professional polite, efficient and personable. Within 90 minutes the job was done, no mess left behind, and they were on to their next job.
I would highly recommend this firm, this is our second time using them and each time we have been extremely happy and impressed with their level of care and commitment to excellence.

I generally do not write Google reviews or give recommendations but I will do both for Direct Air with the upmost confidence you will not be disappointed with this company. We have used Direct Air in the past for AC & furnace maintenance and was impressed with the prompt, professional & friendly service we received with Mike. We did not have a tough decision of who to call when our hot water tank squatted on us Memorial day. Josh came out on Tuesday, gave us a quote and scheduled the job for Thursday. Direct Air installed a top notch tankless water heater TODAY. We can finally have a hot shower, after hot shower, after hot shower, run the dishwasher & washing machine because we will never run out of hot water again! So thankful Josh fit us in and John & Chris did an excellent job installing the heater because we were all getting a little ripe.
Everyone we have dealt with at Direct Air has been prompt, friendly, professional and trustworthy, can't go wrong with this company!

I'm not a big review writer, but I have been so pleased to have found this company. They are professional, show up when they say, do the work, clean up, and happen to be pretty nice people as well. They have always explained options to me and never pressured me on what decision to make. I highly recommend this company.

My faucet broke, so I bought a new fancy smart faucet and a cup rinser to plug up the second hole. I asked them to remove and replace the faucet, install the cup rinser, and to replace all 3 stops under my sink since mine were hard to turn. These guys showed up the same day I called, they got it done in one trip, cleaned up after themselves completely, and were respectful of my place.
On top of that, I was bracing for a massive bill since it took them 2hrs, and the bill was less than half of what I expected it to be.
I tipped $63 on top of the bill, thank you Justice and Timothy!

He was great. Got my heat back on quickly. He was cheerful and professional even having to work in the attic freezing on Christmas Eve.
