These guys literally were going to charge me $285 for labor to switch out a heat kit when I already had the part. They did this 2 days before Christmas during a brutal cold snap. This is a blatant rip off and they know better. These people are not the good guys they pretend to be

Showed up on time, gave me an estimate and fixed my issues. Jason was very polite and professional.

We had a hot water line rupture under our slab. Marcus was very quick to respond and send a crew out to assess the situation. They immediately figured out a game plan to fix the problem and helped us avoid a catastrophe. I'm very appreciative. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again if I need to.

These guys were great! Showed up the very same morning I called to fill my system with refrigerant. I was charged a fair price and were upfront about it explaining everything. They told me that because of the cooler temps they would need to come back and check the refrigerant. Now that the temps are warmer I called them (system seemed to be working fine but they told me to call them) and they were back out again within 2 hours of me calling. They checked the pressures and corrected them and didn’t charge me anything for the follow up. Very happy and satisfied with them. I highly recommend them for anything you need!!

I highly recommend Marcus and his team at Direct Air. After finding a natural gas leak on a weekend and having ONG cut off the gas to my home, Direct Air was there first thing the following Monday morning to make the repairs that were needed to get ONG to turn the gas back on. They were even more wonderful in helping me deal with ONG after the work was completed. The ONG rep commented on the great job that they had done.
