I bought a service contract last fall and they responded to my spring check up on the air conditioner. I knew the air conditioner was very unstable and sure enough half the coil was not working. The unit was last replaced in 2001. So 19 years for an air condition. Rather than replacing the coil, I decided to install a complete HVAC system. The technicians were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Now, I can enjoy summer with a reliable cooling unit.

I called on a Sunday. They were here within the hour (about 30 min later) which was awesome. He went the extra mile and did some extra things just to improve the quality. Will recommend to anyone I know and use again!

I called direct air out to give me a tune up for the summer. The technician showed up in a timely manner and was very clear on explaining what my system need once the tune up was finished. I will not call anybody else now that I have direct air. I set up a service agreement with them and look forward to future business.
