I called Josh on a Saturday and he called me back immediately. They scheduled me for an appointment first thing Monday morning and showed up bright and early. Found the leak in my AC unit and fixed it quickly.

They were booked for the day but they were still able to try and fit me in. He gave me options on what he could, however it was very limited since technically it was under warranty from another company. I appreciate him calling the Carrier company to find out the status on the warranty. Will use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I had my AC go out on the 4th of July and Mike came out in 2 hours. He was courteous and mindful of Covid while being friendly and informative. He talked through what he was doing and explained it all and gave tips on how to keep my AC running well, such as cleaning filters and coils to keep performance good. Mike spent more than 3 hours climbing up and down stairs in the summer heat and kept a smile the entire time. He went above and beyond diagnosing all the issues and fixing anything that could possibly be a problem to the system, even if it was a minor one, thorough does not begin to describe the effort he put in. When it came time to write up the invoice for the service he summarized what he did and broke down expenses to each line item. He also explained what could be done in the future to improve the system, but did NOT exaggerate issues to sell more services. In addition, the bill was a very fair price and definitely worth it.

TL;DR Mike Gay is Friendly, Courteous, Informative, a Hard Worker and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend him and Direct Air to anyone needing HVAC services. Great service for an even better price.

Such great service & very friendly! My husband called him and though Josh didn't have to come out when we called he sure in fact did. We will be using his services again if needed for sure. He is very reasonable and worked with our needs. I can not tell you enough how grateful we are for this man.

I have only had cause to use Direct Air on small jobs and preventative maintenance, but given their promptness and thoroughness on even the small jobs, I would not hesitate to make them my first call on larger projects as well.

I have used these guys for several rental units. The men that work for this company are amazing. Very friendly, quality work, show up on time and get the job done. Even when paying by the hour. I strongly recommend these guys for your next service need.

HUGE!! rip off. They replaced pressure switch on my furnace, charged $419. Later found out part was $50..I understand labor and travel costs but profiting 5 times the value of the part. Simply ridiculous. Avoid!!

Great communication from start to finish. Great warranties on a new furnace and A/C. Received a quote on a whole new A/C and furnace with some ductwork fixes and called back in two weeks asked when they could do the install and they came out the next day. You can’t find that kind of service with a lot of HVAC companies. Especially in the summer time. I will always recommend Direct Air to friends and family if they are having any heating or cooling problems. Thank you for providing such great service!

Ac broke down and it was fixed the next day. Josh Benavides came by and got it fixed quickly while providing awesome service, really nice guy. Definitely will be a repeat customer with Direct air. Would recommend them to anymore needing great and quick service.

Mike was the technician that came out , he was very thorough, after checking everything he drew a picture and took video to show me how everything worked and what was wrong. Although it couldn’t be fixed until the following Monday, he brought me a window unit to get us by until then. I definitely recommend this company!
