I have used Direct Heat and Air for years. I used them in a corporate setting as an apartment manager for several communities and also privately at my various homes. Josh is wonderful and professional! Any employee they have sent out has been great. All employees are always informative, honest, on time and not creepy lol Kellie

I had them come out because I was under the impression I needed a new unit but they found the real cause of my problems, and fixed it for way cheaper than I had originally anticipated. Most HVAC contractors would have just replaced the whole unit and not have said a word. Takes a lot of honesty from the leadership to save the customers money.

We called this company regarding our fan not working on our A/C on a Sunday morning. Josh B. answered the phone and was at our house within an hour. Josh was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He looked at the unit, diagnosed the problem and was right back out Monday morning with a new fan and had it up and running in no time. Definitely recommend this company for any A/C needs.

I use Direct Air for HVAC, A/C, and plumbing for both business and personal. Their service and employees are top tier. They are personable, responsive, and always get the job done right. I will continue to use Direct Air for as long as time allows!

Josh was very courteous and gave me a complete description of the problem. He actually saved me money by not performing a temp repair that May only last a few hours. I have scheduled to have him come back with a second tech to perform a more permanent fix. Very happy with Direct Air so far. 😊

Online chat very convenient after hours. Next day they called me and got me scheduled the next day! Called ahead of time and very welcoming and friendly. Knowledgeable inside and out of the units and system. Broken down from top to bottom in which he recommended for repairs, with no hassle! Said what he was going to do and do it all the same day!
