Our fireplace had a natural gas leak when the key valve was opened up to burn a fire. The gentleman from the company (Keanu) opened up the masonry surrounding the fireplace, and attempted to solve the problem by replacing the valve. After replacing the valve, the leak persisted. He then replaced all of the gas pipe running through the masonry into the fire box. Keanu did an excellent job of analyzing the problem. He attempted to solve the issue initially in as conservative of a fashion as possible by repairing or eplacing the valve. This was an attempt to reduce both the amount of masonry needing to be removed, and cost the of the repair. When this did not solve the problem, he then removed more masonry and replaced all existing pipes and connections in what appeared to me to be a much better configuration than the original pipes.The service was excellent, efficient and completed in a easonable time frame. Keanu was a pleasant and considerate individual to work with. Also, the fee was lower than the estimate we received from another company..

Airbenders understands fireplaces and only replaces the parts that are broken. They came back to replace the broken part once it came in, and only fixed the parts that were broken. They explained the issues, and helped me understand what happened to my fireplace. They were friendly and efficient. Overall, I recommend this company for any repair services!
