I had an unsightly cast-iron outdated in-wall fireplace removed from my master bathroom. Jeremy Malone capped off the gas line and electrical wiring. He also serviced my other 2 fireplaces checking for any gas leaks, carbon monoxide, venting issues, etc... cleaned both thoroughly and replaced batteries in the On/Off remote. The job was left neatly so my painting contractor can easily sheetrock repair the wall. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Airbenders to my friends/family.

I needed someone during a home sale inspection period to assess a fireplace insert that was not working properly. I called Airbenders in the morning and the technician was there at 4:00. It was a Very thorough assessment and he was able to repair while there. He was very tidy and informative on how to care for the fireplace. I would highly recommend.

Airbenders ( Keanu ) came out and replaced a thermocouple on my gas fireplace. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very conscientious to make as little of a mess as possible. He patiently answered all my questions as well. I will definitely be using them again!

This service call was to maintain and repair our ventless fireplace. The pilot light would not stay lit. The repair technician was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what the problem was and what he did to correct it. He indicated that he did several diagnostic steps to ensure that carbon monoxide levels were within limits, etc. He added new "embers" which enhanced the effect of a real log fire. He also checked to make sure the fan sensor switch was functional.

Chad is getting parts for my electric fireplace that was installed in my new home built 15 1/2 years ago. It has never worked. Model SILH60E-B. Heatilator had told me then, they didn't have parts for that model, they were not available any longer. Chad came out again today & it doesn't kick the breaker any longer or make that grinding noise. But he's still getting another part for it. He know what it needs & will fix it. My builder, or Millcreek must have got that FP out of the dump somewhere? Been told that to get it out of my wall. It would be complete tear out, about 10K. So still disgusted from May 2007. I would Never again want & electric fire place installed where it CANNOT be taken out!! But Chad from Airbender's is (GREAT) he's getting it all fixed for me!!

New parts were installed. I think a new, motor? But it still doesn't get hot, just a little warm. It was 398.00 I was hoping it would get hot. At least it doesn't make noise now when it does put out warm air. Still not real happy. Dollie
