Ken is awesome!!! Blew away every quote I got on a brand new system. They even installed some extras to make the hvac run better and increased air flow. I couldn't be happier with his his great work ethic and attitude. A true professional.

Highly recommend. Ac was having some issues. Called late at night and was able to speak to someone and book an appointment for the next day. Ken came out next day on time and resolved my issue. Will definitely be using again in the future.

The outside unit in our house went out. Ken came out this last Saturday the 1st and determined we needed a new unit. He was back this morning(the third) to install the new unit. He went above and beyond in the install making sure all the lines were cleaned out and not going to have any issues. Once the new unit was up and running he made sure to check all the inside vents were blowing cold air. He even came back later in the day to see how the system was doing. Ken is very professional and takes pride in doing everything right the first time. I will definitely be using Americare in the future for all my hvac needs.

When I called, they were kind and patient and worked with my busy schedule to make sure an appointment could be scheduled asap. When they got here, Ken and Tanner were professional and friendly. I get really stressed and overwhelmed when it comes to house repairs and maintenance, so thank you both for making this a good and stress free experience. Americare Heat & Air will be my go to.

I have used this company for several years. They’re always quick to respond and get the job done in a timely manner. I had two other companies prior to them try to up charge me or get me to replace my entire system. Ken Derby, checked my system for a leak, replaced the outside coils and had my system blowing cold ASAP. Ken and Tanner are efficient and will get the job done right! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

All around great service. Angelo set up the service call and Frank performed the work. Both of these men were very helpful and professional. I’ve been a home owner for over 15 years and I can easily say this has to be the easiest service call I have ever been through. I knew exactly what work was being done, I knew it was going to be done properly, and I knew what I was going to pay. Frank, the technician, took the time to show and explain the issues and what needed to be fixed. The A/C system is up and running. I’d recommend this company a thousand times.

Tried to charge me $800.00 for a Blower Motor
Left all my furnace parts out on the floor and told me he wasn’t coming back to put my furnace back together. Find some better don’t waste you money
