I had a very bad experience with a company that installed a new air conditioning unit in my house. The unit was not properly installed, the heating pump never worked, there was not enough cold air to cool down the second floor of my house. I spent a lot of money to bring the technician to repair the unit. Every time he came to my house he changed something new without having good results. I became frustrated.

My neighbor recommended me to contact Americare Heat & Air. They came to my house and carefully analyzed the system and arrived to the conclusion that the different equipments installed were not compatible (circuit board, thermostat) with the new air conditionning unit and detected another instalation issues. They made my AC unit to work propertly in a relatively short time at a reasonable price.

When I need specialized technical support associated with my AC-heater unit, I call Americare Heat & Air and they come as soon as possible to my house to solve the problem. I am very satisfied with the support provided by Ken and Angelo so I highly recommend their service

Ken was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to walk us through how our current unit is performing and where any issues may lie that could be affecting its performance. With so many products available and HVAC companies around the area, it can be very overwhelming to not only get a fair quote but also an expert’s advice. Ken provided both of those. He was the last person we had come out to look at the unit (still working, but not nearly as efficient as it once was) and we were very happy to end on such a high note.

Americare Heat & Air came out on within 30 mins in Norman on a hot Saturday and took great care of and my family and l. No after hours service fee is legit just as advertised. My AC is running like a champ again thanks Ken from Americare. Highly recommend! #BoomerSooner
