Arthurs Air Conditioning and Heating

I can't safe enough good things about this company!!! They came out today even though I have never used them before, but the current AC service company we use and have used for 3 years didn't seem to care that our AC wasn't working. Everyone I spoke with from this company was so so nice and Brandon who came out and did the work was absolutely amazing!! He did a thorough job of finding out what the problem was and explained everything in detail and even showed me pictures and video! We will be switching our yearly maintenance to this company and using them from now on! Thank you so so much! Highly highly recommend them!

Arthur's called me with the special offer on a furnace tune-up, I couldn't resist... the price was under what other companies were advertising... Conner came out was on time and gave me an excellent report on my furnace. He was so professional and very very courteous. I highly recommend Arthur's !!!

Overall our experience with Arthur's turned a catastrophe into a resolved issue with very little anxiety, discomfort and chaos. We called, they came right out and assessed our HVAC and we clearly needed a replacement unit. The salesman came right out and discussed everything thoroughly, and we decided to go with Arthur's for our replacement because we really liked the workmanship of the reps we had seen so far, and the price was very competitive.
We received 4 requests for reviews that day while the salesman was providing information, had not even completed the visit yet!
The next day, the installation crew arrived first thing. The install was finished before 3 PM - professional installation crew arrived on time, took care of business, cleaned up thoroughly. The wife and I were very pleased with the crew and are quite happy with the product we purchased.
The only problem I have with this company are the continuous demands for reviews, over and over and over again. I HATE THAT. I was going to leave a great review for this business because they deserve it for the work they have done, but I despise businesses that pressure their customers over and over for reviews. So instead of 5 stars they get 4. They need a different procedure to ask for a review, otherwise I would be completely happy right now instead of somewhat happy and also annoyed.

Great team to work with. They worked a bit of a complicated problem with one of my furnaces throwing a code and cutting off after a few minutes. They noted that one of the two return ducts was too small and suggested an increase to their size, but, even after the size increase, it was still throwing a code, and they found that the AC coils were obstructed (likely from the builder not using a filter during construction), and provided a discount on the repair, which involved removing the AC coils to clean them.

Korey did an awesome job! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. In all my years, this was the best A/C repair experience I’ve ever had!

Tyler was excellent! Not only did he fix my furnace but he also provided some great tips for maintaining my unit moving forward to prevent future maintenance issues and ensure optimal performance. I have been using Arthur’s for years and always get prompt service at a fair price. Five stars every time from this group. Highly recommend.

Exceptional and timely response and very professional quality staff, service, and fix of stopped up condensate drain. Added a pop off fitting to be able to unclog the drain pipe attached to the A/C unit. Pleasant experience.

Arthur’s installed my HVAC system when we built our new house seven years ago. Ever since then, Korey has been doing the fall and spring maintenance on our system. He knows my system inside and out, is very knowledgeable and thorough, and he always goes above and beyond. We so appreciate his amazing service and personality. We would definitely recommend Arthur’s!
