Brandon did an awesome job and he tested carefully both downstairs and upstairs heaters. He also confirmed that there was 0% carbon monoxide being emitted! The heat is working effectively and Brandon's work is greatly appreciated.

Technician got the system up and running after the drain line apparently froze. It broke down again a few hours after once the temps dropped. I went ahead and fixed it myself the next day and insulated the pipes hopefully properly.

I called on Monday and the heating unit was installed and working by Thursday noon despite it being 8 degrees out. They will return to install the heat pump and air conditioner when the weather is more appropriate. Fast, friendly and they cleaned up their work area. Very impressed with the work and attitude!

Arthur’s AC & Heat is the second time in two years I have used them. For 10 years I was with out heat in my Central heat and air unit.
I called two different big companies. They looked and said you need a new system. When Arthur’s technician came out. I told him what was wrong that I have no heat. He took my unit apart and saved my day. Found the problem and fixed it for a simple $69.00 tune up fee for the Heat system. They saved my day and cold house. They are the Best, only call them First. The Greatest….

Unit wouldn’t turn off. Arthur’s air quickly scheduled me in same day inspected the unit. They professionally took pictures of the issue and explained causes and solutions. Ended up needing a new unit which was very reasonably priced compared to smaller unit I replaced over the summer. The best part was when Gary came out to explain all the warranties and services included. Wow the price is untouchable with the extras that Arthur’s offers. The installers were professional and clean as well, and went above explaining the new system and giving suggestions of better maintenance practices. I would Highly recommend calling them first but if to late definitely call them for a second quote and ask about the included extras that set them apart.
