I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Climate Experts Heating and Air Conditioning. Dustin was extremely professional and so pleasant to work with. He was able to fit us in quickly, and as everyone knows, that is quite a task in the heat of the summer! When I made the appointment, he let me know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I love that he included a photo with the text telling me he was on his way. I knew exactly who to look for. Dustin explained everything he was doing, how our unit should be, what was wrong and how he repaired it. He was quick, efficient and so pleasant to work with. Wanna talk about being in a pinch when I get home and the wife and kids are mad at me as they are sitting in the living room sweating because of the A/C unit being down.

I called the first company that was listed with no answer, then I called Dustin, with an answered phone after the first ring. I explain to Dustin what was going on and he immediately scheduled us on his calendar for the same day, just an hour after the call he arrived.

We are thankful for Dustin's experience and knowledge of his industry in helping us plan for the repairs that we are having to do with our 4 year old "new home."

For anyone who reads this review can hopefully feel our pain without having our A/C unit working in June, have no worries that Dustin is the right choice to call and trust that he is going to put his customers first.

We had Dustin out to our home to have a spring tune-up done on our 2 units. He was professional, punctual and courteous. Gave a very detailed report about the conditions of the units and provided pictures. I would recommend him and his company for any HVAC related issues that may have.

Dustin came out same day to take a look at installing heating and cooling in my shop building. He was great to work with and had very competitive pricing. Nothing but the best to say about Climate Experts.

Dustin was very informative on what he was going to do and how the procedures worked. Answered all of our questions. He did a super job and we would recommend him to anyone. A super nice guy.

I haven’t been so impressed with a company in a really long time. I really thought customer service was dead, but I have to sing praises for Dustin Harwell at Climate Experts. I came home from work to no AC, he was here in less than an hour, had it diagnosed, parts found and then proceeded to save my ancient air conditioner (that was apparently running on prayers). Even though it was in a 160 degree attic and he was melting, he refused to call it a day and leave us with no AC over the weekend. If you want a company who’s owner truly cares about their customers and does a phenomenal job at at an amazing price, call them. There is no question who we will be using from now on.
