Tri-city replaced my entire system. Great price on a variable system. Installation went smoothly. Overall excellent job, great service! This unit significantly changed our utility bills for the better, and Jason helped us take advantage of ONG's rebate.

During the recent ice storms our power went out, and we couldn't get our heater to run on the generator. We made it work for the night and then called Jason first thing in the morning. Jason gave me a call back and was able to walk me through the things to check and it was a simple fix. Very grateful that he took the time to call and get us back up and running. Jason did a complete replacement of our HVAC system in 6 hours. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable without trying to up sell anything. Also had the best price of the 6 companies we called. Will definitely use them going forward as our annual maintenance company.

Jason at Tri-City Heat & Air replaced my condenser unit and evaporator coil this morning and I couldn't be happier. I talked to a number of contractors who tried to sell me way more than I needed to get my air conditioner running again. Jason was the only one that gave me options other than full system replacement. That, in my opinion, is priceless and shows integrity. Not only did he do a great job, the price was right and the customer service was exemplary. I'm a tough customer and I rarely take the time to do online reviews but the service I received from Tri-City had me online looking for places to spread the word. Highly recommend.

Jason and his brother did excellent work. We thought only a part needed to be replaced but it turned out to be much more when they got into the unit. Ended up needing the whole outside unit replaced. They were patient while we got another quote (which was over twice as much), and while we worked out payment for the big job. Jason also updated me on what was going on, when a part was held up in transport they made sure to get it fixed and finiahed the job even though it was already evening! I would highly recommended them to anyone needing some work done.

They did an excellent job replacing my whole home heat and air conditioning. They were on time, cleaned up after, had great product recommendations and really knew his industry.
