After a company who advertises on tv a lot came and spent 4 hours, said they found a loose wire and all other kinds of problems and went through a dissertation of all the things wrong and how much it would cost to bring our current system up to where it would operate correctly. They quickly gave us a quote for 12,500 to replace it and wanted to schedule it for the next day. We decided to call other companies to get a quote. We feel God sent us Terry. He looked at our system and said it didn't need replacing. He said he would put us on his calendar to come back which he did today. He ended up making some adjustments and we were getting a 50% better differential after he was finished than before. He did this for half the price of the service call than the other company had charged us. The other company mainly wants to sell you a new system. Terry is very honest and knows his business. If we ever need service or to replace our system I will call Harwell to come do the job. He blew a lot of the myths about what was needed out of the water. Thank you Terry for being honest!

The ONLY person I will EVER use for any heating or AC repair. Honest and hardworking! He has a good moral compass. I called one of the more well known companies loan companies and right off the bat they told me I needed a new unit and we're going to charge me $9000.. I called this man and all it needed was needed was to be recharged and and serviced And it hasn't given me one problem in over a year!
