Our experience with this team has been excellent. Cody is very helpful and pleasant. The technicians Chris, Piper, Trendon who installed the system were very efficient and helpful. They went out of their way to help us outside of the work they were required to do.

The two "before" pictures and the during & after pictures should tell you all you need to know. But you'd miss out on the best part.

Was referred to Cody (shown) by a friend. Cody recently replaced their AC systems following a freak roofing accident.

Cody was an expert and a gentleman. Arrived on schedule, called ahead, engaging, not overbearing, all you could ask for in a service call.

The best part was that the service call was for a second opinion on "maintenance needs" identified during summer-seasonal clean/check by another Tulsa area company (unnamed, however they use a lot of billboards), just two days before.

Yea, the "before" picks were 2 DAYS AFTER "Billboard Co." got "$199.90 cleaning service".

Chris V. was knowledgeable, efficient and caring. It is Christmas Eve and he did his job and made sure all was well before leaving even though he and his wife have Christmas Eve plans. Good to see there are companies and people that still have integrity and morals!!!!

Caleb and Trenton are very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy visiting with them while they do their work. All work they have done for me has been top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend them and this company for ANY of your HVAC needs.

Called innovative Air Pros- Caleb came out the next day to assess our unit. When we needed a part that was going to need to be ordered, he got right on it and was able to secure the part quickly. (Which was amazing, as I’m 9 months pregnant). Customer service is by far 10/10, I have zero complaints. Caleb went above and beyond for us, and we could not be any more grateful. We have a home warranty and we’re going to see what that company had to say, and I can tell you right now, save yourself the trouble and call innovative pros to come assist. It is worth the money, and the top notch customer service. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, in the heat of the Oklahoma summer. Thankful for people that love what they do, treat people with kindness, and respect, and are willing to lend a hand to help the situation. You won’t regret using this company. Mark my words!

Great service! Chris was professional and informative. He explained everything he was looking at and made it easy to understand.

Innovative Air Pros were great they came out to install our ecobee. After the install he checked on the unit and made sure everything was working properly fixing any issues we had. We will definitely continue using Innovative Air Pros! They’re very diligent and informative.
