Innovative Air Pros

Just want to give a shout-out and big thumbs-up to Innovative Air Pros, Inc. in Jenks. We wanted an energy-efficient solution to getting heat/ac in an addition to the house; they came out, reviewed our wants and needs, and then suggested options and made recommendations. Once they arrived to do the job, the guys worked together like a well-oiled machine and they finished in less than a day! They also cleaned everything up before they left! Caleb, Piper, Kevin, Chris & Trendon – these guys are GREAT! And we are extremely happy with our new system! We’d be happy to work with them again.

Trendon and Chris were fantastic! Our upstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold air this morning and they were quick to arrive with solutions. Service was timely and they provided excellent education regarding their inspection. We will definitely utilize Innovative Air Pros for our future heating and air needs.

Ryan and Trendon came out and installed a dehumidifier for us. They did a phenomenal job, showed us everything they did, how it works, and explained everything. They were very nice and professional and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with them and Innovative Air Pros!

Chris and Piper came out for a tune up on our AC unit today. They were fast, super friendly and explained everything they did. We also asked for a quote for additional duct work in one bedroom, which they did and will be back first thing in the morning to complete. We’ve always had a great experience with Innovative Air Pros and today was no different!

These guys did a fantastic job!! They were quick to respond after I made the service request online, even though it was 10:00 at night, and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day.

The technician, Ryan, was awesome. He knew right away what the problem was and got it fixed with no problems. I also really appreciate the fact that he showed me pictures of everything he checked outside, and he gave me several options for pricing when it came time for that.

Although I hope I don’t need to call them anytime soon, these guys will be my new go to for heating and A/C from now on.

Caleb did a fantastic job!! He was personable and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed of all the issues and options with my air conditioner. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Pricing was better than another company I contacted. I will definitely use them next time.

Chris and Dakota serviced my air conditioning today and are easily among the best technicians I have used for anything. I’ve been here since 1981 so that’s saying a lot. They were incredibly thorough, polite and competent. I appreciate their skills and am very happy to have found Innovative Air Pros.

Cody and the entire team at Innovative Air Pros are phenomenal! They had been servicing our previous equipment & when it was time to replace they delivered. They were super helpful when explaining different product lines and helped us make the best decision for our home. Trendon, Chris, and Dakota did an amazing job on the installation of our new unit. They took their time and made sure all aspects were done properly! We couldn't recommend them enough!
