Innovative Air Pros

My air went out tonight and we have a a new born so things are hectic.I called six other hvac companies tonight nobody could get me in until Friday and today is Monday. First and foremost Jayme the owners wife answered the phone promptly and was incredibly friendly and assured me that she could get somebody out tonight and she even texted me to give me an idea when Caleb would be on his way. Caleb was fast and incredibly knowledgeable. So nice and personable.

Caleb and Trendon were great during our heating system tune up. They were timely and finished quickly and explained things well.

Ryan and Trenton were amazing. Great communication! Seemed very honest, every estimate given was spot on including timing on repair jobs.

I joined their Pro Club, so they reached out to me to do a routine check-up (which was awesome because I didn't have to remember to reach out to them about this). Ryan thoroughly checked my system, then took the time to explain everything to me and give me an idea of what future maintenance to expect. He was super helpful!

Chris serviced the HVAC and installed a UV system for us. Very thorough and professional!

Piper and Trenden did a great job. Walked me through everything and caught some potential problems and addressed them. Definitely recommend Innovative Air Pros.

Recently needed a product correction after hours and Chris was prompt and very helpful. He showed up on time and figured out the problem quickly and resolved it immediately.

Ryan and Trendon came out during a sleet storm and were in and out quickly and efficiently. Both were very nice and accommodating!
