Innovative Air Pros

Chase was great at first, but unfortunately all of the things he said were wrong with our HVAC ($4K+ in repairs) turned out to be completely false, we actually had 2 other companies come and check our systems, nothing is wrong with them at all.

Also, all of these 5 star reviews, they are coerced when you’re getting the service from them. They want to watch you submit the review and take a picture, hence the picture on this review.

I highly recommend not using this company. I cancelled my membership immediately.

My A/C quit blowing cold air on a Saturday and I called InnovativeAIR Pros and they came out on a Saturday quickly and the tech Ryan was excellent and had me up and running quickly. Ryan was nice, professional and explained everything to me that I asked about and more. No up sale on service or pushy sales added on. The hole expense was great! I will be using them for all my A/C needs.

Edit: We now have our new HVAC system which was installed by Piper and Trendon. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were professional, friendly, and very hard working. They did a wonderful job and left our home super clean.

We were happily surprised to be able to call on Friday evening and be able to get a technician out on Saturday morning for our AC. Caleb was friendly, professional, and explained everything to us. We would recommend Innovative Air Pros!

Piper Pennington did a coil replacement at my home and did a fantastic job. Piper was ahead of the scheduled time and worked until the job was complete, even in the elements of the hot attic with external ambient temperatures in the mid 90’s. He explained the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will not utilize another company in the future.

Caleb was earlier than expected and very efficient and professional in diagnosing the issue. Sadly, both of my units had manufacturer capacitors that died just after 2-3 years of use. Additionally, Cody helped me process a warranty claim last year on one of our units, and I am confident that he will be successful again.

Available over weekend to make appt next day. Technician came on time and stayed in contact with us prior to arrival. Piper identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. Interaction very pleasant and professional. Service much appreciated.

LOVE THIS COMPANY. Caleb came out at ten PM when my A/C went out. It was miserably hot. He had the parts on his truck and had everything fixed within half an hour and back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and I can always trust his diagnostic and repair skills. (He has been to our house a few times now.) We highly recommend the friends and family service plan offered through the company.

Innovative Air Pros originally installed our new HVAC system, and they were amazing to work with and did great quality work. Piper came out today and performed a tune up on the system, he was professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work with! Highly recommend this company!

I couldn’t recommend them more!! I called after our A/C went out and they immediately sent Caleb out! Caleb was timely, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were back in working order prior to leaving. I have never experienced such expedient service from any service company and I will never use anyone else!!

Chris and Trendon came out to service the heat and air system at our company today and they were very kind and professional. We have always had wonderful experiences with Innovative air pros. I would recommend this company to anyone!
