Innovative Air Pros

I have used this company for many years now I would highly advise using them. Ryan and Piper came out and did an excellent job checking over our HVAC system to make sure everything was in working order.

Chris and Piper were professional, personable and very thorough. Each time I have utilized Innovative Air Pros, I have been pleased with their service.

Extra kudos to Jamie for being so flexible when it came to scheduling conflicts.

With the service industries full of "wannabees", I came across Innovative Air Pros quite by chance...dialing for near immediate assistance. ONLY they came through for me. They are very simply what all of us want from HVAC service...availability in case of emergency...technical proficiency...ethical pricing. THAT's what you get with Innovative Air Pros. Can't ask for more! They really do go "above and beyond" to make your life better!

Caleb came out and very quickly identified a simple solution...reconnect a sensor wire. DONE in about 10 minutes. I terminated my "maintenance contract" with one of the largest HVAC/plumbing companies in Tulsa and initiated a new one with Innovation Air Pros.) There are obviously many others in the area who agree with me. "FIVE Google stars with that many reviews is near impossible!

Furnace was not running. Called AirPro and they sent Chris and Piper out within 30 minutes. In less than a half hour they had us up and running. Other than spring and fall tuneups, this us the first time I have had to place a service call and the speedy response was good

All techs have been very helpful. Chris has performed all the checks and given us good information. We appreciate their prompt service.

Innovative Air Pros replaced my AC in the middle of the hottest week I've ever seen in Oklahoma. Overall, it's probably the best experience I've had with a company in the past decade.

There were several things that really stood out:
- I talked to their office staff at 3pm and they sent the tech out at 8am the next day.
- They made an extra trip out to my house to setup a temporary AC until they could install my new unit 5 days later.
- very accurate and responsive schedule. They called and sent a text before each visit. They also included the names of the workers so I wouldn't have to call the "Hey, you" if I had a question.

I had an excellent experience with Innovative Air Pros and would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their HVAC system.

Chris and trendon responded on time and were very professional. They thoroughly inspected both of our systems and identified multiple problems with the 30 yr old duct work. Would highly recommend.
