My home HVAC situation proved to be a unique challenge. From the initial consultation, Quality made every attempt to disprove the worst, compressor failure. Many options were provided and a complete new system was decided upon. With many spacial and cosmetic obstacles to overcome, each tech was very knowledgeable and kind. Upgrading to natural gas also provided rebates making this high-end system affordable. Quality heating and Air was a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend to others. Upsales from competing HVAC companies were an immediate turn off. I'm confident this Carrier Infinity system and it's installation could not have been more professionally installed. Ronny O.

We had a whole home humidifier installed. Nate was amazing. He worked hard was friendly and polite. The owner was not really in the picture at all but seems friendly. I do believe we also got a great deal. Like no one there is trying to rip anyone off. I would most definitely recommend Nate and this company in the future.

This was the only company willing to fit me in today and help me with my leaking pipes. Since my water was shut off due to water leaking they treated me as an emergency. They were professional and nice and they made sure my issue got fixed. I will definitely recommend to friends & family. Thank y’all so much again for helping me it means a lot!

8/30/22 After consultation with their supervisor (Mike),Ty and Hunter with Quality Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing replaced our functioning 21-year old HVAC system with a Carrier system. The installation went smoothly with a couple of little bobbles that should be expected in a 60 year old home and were easily dealt with. Communication with Quality's office staff has been quick and easy with none of the long holds that I had feared might be a problem from a service company while temperatures are still high.
Follow-up: 1/6/23 Heater maintenance 3 months after installation. Dustin was methodical checking the heater for preventative maintenance. All was in good shape.
3/10/23 Plumbing evaluation by Logan O. , part of the package that came with the heater/AC installation. Logan was courteous and responsive to my questions. He flushed the hot water tank as part of the evaluation.
5/26/23 Logan P performed an A/C checkup on the system by measuring current draw on blower fan and compressor unit and hosed off the coil of the outside unit. Logan was methodical and polite and completed the checkup in less than 40 minutes.

I called and they sent someone out within an hr. Juan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend
Quality.

Derek was great technician. Very professional, clean and prompt. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues but would definitely use his services again.

They replaced all the cast iron plumbing under our home. Friendly and respectful the plumbers did a great job, We even got a quick and timely response to a couple issues afterward. Yes would absolutely call them again!

A little exspenive but was called out on Sunday night. Service man Jeramiah was very helpful and professional. He got job done quickly!

Theses guys showed up ten minutes before there scheduled time and pulled two old units out.put all the trash in one spot they clean up after there selfs I will definitely use them again
