Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Called in to get an appointment on Friday afternoon thinking it would be at least Monday for a tech to come out, but to my surprise they sent Dustin F. out a few hours laters and he got our a/c going. Thank You.

Update March 2023- Dani completed HVAC servicing and as always did a fantastic job! I appreciated the fact that Dani took time to explain all the work that was being done giving me non-biased and no pressure advice. We are thankful to be customers for many years to come!

I utilized the plumbing party of Quality heating and cooling and to say they were incredible is an understatement. I was completely stressed out when my laundry room decided to flood at noon on a Friday and everyone from the lady who took my call to Christopher the plumber who completed the work were excellent. They immediately came over and had the problem fixed in about an hour. Christopher truly went above and beyond even helping me clean up the water with towels (which means a lot for this 7 month pregnant momma with a 2 year old). This is the first time we have used Quality heating and cooling but after today and my experience with Christopher they have gained loyal clients who will happily use them again should another other needs arise.

Quality, was incredibly helpful and professional and took the time to really understand the issue. He was friendly and provided great service.

Logan did a fantastic job on our maintenance assessment, and explaining and informing me of what needed to be done in the future.

Amazing experience! They sent me a picture of who was coming so I knew who I was looking for and they repaired our slab leak. They were professional, courteous, let me know what they were doing and costs. While I don’t love having a slab leak, the work I received was exemplary! I will be using Quality for any future Heat, Air, or Plumbing work!

The technician was friendly. Seemed to be knowledgeable in what he was doing and explained as he went through the repairs.

Hot water heater replaced same day. The number quoted on the call was the price I paid and service person Chris was professional and friendly.

I called and they were here within an hour or so. Joshua, the tech, was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He fixed the small issue I had while testing out some other things to make sure the issue wouldn’t happen again and to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong. He gave me an honest answer on everything. We’ve all been to car dealerships before, this was not one of those experiences. If you know, you know. I’ll definitely be using them again and making sure I request Joshua if he’s available. Thanks again for the great work.

Chris and Mitchell helped to get our tankless hot water heater to thaw using our space heaters. We didn't expect to have hot water for the rest of the day but we did get hot water before they left. I will definitely use Quality again.
