We called this plumbing group because of an issue with water in our pantry. They did a fantastic job and found out. It was just a simple solution. All we got charged with a service call. Jessie was incredibly professional and gracious. Also very skilled and efficient. We will definitely use this group again.

Derek G was our tech that came out. He was great, very nice and friendly and got our issue resolved very quickly. They were super fast and responsive for the appointment very much to our surprise. They got out to us same day! Derek also gave us a little info on preventative maintenance to help keep our system safe. They will be our go to for plumbing and heating and air issues in the future.

After reading several reviews, I called Quality for service/repair of our AC unit. Great move! Jason arrived within a half hour. Very knowledgeable, explained all the whats and whys, and completed necessary repairs. Reasonable pricing, and very impressed with Jason's professionalism, thoroughly cleaned up after repairs... All in all I am very impressed, and will definitly use their services on a regular basis from now on!

Our water heater was probably close to 20yrs old and it seemed the screws just fell out of plates on front plates. Hot Water started streaming down and text a few people trying to figure out what I needed to do, and which route to take. And next day they were here installing a new one! They were professional, informative, showed me how it worked all the above. It was freezing 🥶 and they didnt skip a beat!! Absolutely Wonderful! My a/c system upstairs quit cooling and temps reached 90°. I called, and they sent someone out asap. Juan was out technician. I was happily surprised to see a picture of him come up in a text prior to his arrival. Juan was very professional, and did an amazing job. He explained things thoroughly, including the cost breakdown, prior to the repair. 5* company, complete with follow up. Thank you!

This company was recommended to us by our neighbors and I was skeptical as the last A/C maintenance/plumbing company we had used would cancel and I would have to call them to find out why they did not show up. Our technician Derek was a 10 plus and went above and beyond to make our plumbing situation as painless as possible. He was very knowledgeable and had two other plans in place if the first one did not work out. We were very fortunate to have found them and Derek. It started with the phone call. The young lady that answered was very sweet and professional and even though it was after hours she managed to get me on the schedule the very next morning. Then my tech Jim showed up and was very personable and professional, he checked and explained everything to me in terms I could understand and did the repairs quickly and efficiently. My husband (Jim)who took care of all these issues passed away a year ago so, I signed up for the ongoing maintenance plan and now I have another Jim to take care of me :) also the prices are very fair.

I have been the property manager for Warrior Self Storage in Glenpool for going on 3 years now and since I have been here I have had a water heater, and an HVAC Unit replaced, some plumbing work done as well as another HVAC Unit and mini-split serviced from Quality and not only are they reliable, efficient and trustworthy, they also took the time to explain and answer any and all questions I had.
