While having a pool installed in my backyard, a 4 foot section of drain pipe from my septic system was damaged. When I called the person that answered was very patient and got answers to all my questions. They were able to come out the same day and not only give me an estimate, but also complete the repairs. The technicians were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m definitely using this company again.

Repair and everything was great. He was on time only problem was I had to separate service request and not combining them. What was it additional $200. I had to question it and tell him it seemed high for one of the service request. It took him 15 minutes at $340 with no parts only after I had to tell him that it seems really high. Did he call the shop to get it adjusted and put it on ticket if I would not have said that he wouldn’t it.

Chris W. did a very good job fixing our clogged drain. He was very fast & efficient & charged a very good price. These are good people. They are there to help resolve the problem, they are not after your money. I highly recommend them.

Save yourself time, effort and frustrarion. Call a company that can actually fix your issues and not just show up 8 hours before the time scheduled per their website just to charge you $90 and tell you to call an electrician. What kind of heating and air company doesn't have an electrician. Customer service even worse.
