We had several technicians come out and work on the old unit and then to install the new one. They were Joshua, Logan, Dani, Luke, Ty, and Hunter. They were all extremely knowledgeable and professional and for that we are very thankful. Matt came out and explained the financial part and helped us with buying the new unit. In addition, he also brought us out a window unit for us to use until the new unit was installed. Which was greatly appreciated!! We would absolutely recommend Quality to everyone

First I was amazed that y’all serviced Henryetta, and then the customer service was outstanding. There was never any question of what was happening with the project, which turned into a complete pipe replacement. Jeremiah and Mitchell (I apologize if I butchered the spelling of your names), were so understanding and still smiling after having to come out time and time again to work on my old house. Thank you everyone! Even those whose names I don’t remember, the girls at the office, who helped me through this whole mess! Will highly recommend to everyone, and will be using the services again when it comes time to remodel the house.

Amy is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our issues very quickly. Unfortunately, we needed a new system. Tim arrived in a very short time to work with Amy on what we needed and get us a bid.

I simply got a quote from George, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though I didn't end up going with them due to another competitor offering a special, their prices were very competitive, and knowing this, George still went out of his way to research and provide me with information. I can't speak to their level of service, but first impressions from George, I would still recommend Quality. I will probably end up using them in the future.

A/C went out the evening before the 4th of July, was worried because of the holiday that I wouldn't be able to get anyone until the 5th but Scassi showed up with in hours of the call and was super friendly and professional.

I was happy with the response time and the professionalism of the tech, but I feel like I was overcharged. There was mention of special order parts on my bill. So to repair a leak
on a small section of half inch copper pipe you need special order parts? That doesn't make sense to me. I would recommend you offer more specifics on your bills. It's nice to know exactly what you're getting and what you're paying for other than "special order parts"

Derek was wonderful!! He fixed the toilet for my elderly mom. Treated her with the upmost respect. I will recommend him and Quality heating and air with ALL my family’s needs. Thank you Derek!

Super knowledgeable staff. Jason treated my family like his own family. We had problems with our heater shutting off and he stayed to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had to call their office this morning and kristy was amazing at handling my car. hands down have our business! use quality! you won’t be disappoint!

The pipe to our hose faucet started spraying water inside our wall. They had a plumber, Derek, to our house within an hour of discovering the problem. On a Sunday, no less! He was very professional and quick. The pipe was fixed within 3 hours of the start of the leak. I am very pleased!
