I can't recommend Summit enough. They perform regular maintenance on my heat and AC as well as related services. They also installed a new water heater. Their techs are professional and helpful, and everyone I have worked with communicates clearly. They have recommended other businesses for items they may not handle, and those businesses have all been great as well. If you aren't using Summit Mechanical, you should. Finally a trustworthy, prompt and reliable company for your heat and air needs. We have a heat pump system which is new to us. Ryan took the time to explain how it works, and make sure we were comfortable with the system before we bought our home. He and his team show up when they say they are going to show up, and go the extra mile when not even asked to do so. So glad we have Summit Mechanical looking after us and our home.

I have used Summit as my only HVAC contractor for 8 years. I have had them do new installs of fans and other equipment, repairs to ducts, furnaces, and condensers, and seasonal maintenance.
