Can not say enough about this place! Alex Flores was my technician and he was awesome. We had some problems with our thermostat and he fixed it right up. He also serviced our furnace and was very professional, I will not use anyone else! I would highly recommend Air Assurance to my friends and family.

The first appointment we had for Air Assurance to come out for heating maintenance was set for 12pm-5pm. At 4:20 I called to see if they were on their way and after holding awhile I was told appointment was on hold. They weren’t sure why, possibly weather. I asked why I wasn’t informed and that I had stayed home waiting all afternoon. No answer. Appointment was reset. Technician called ahead, arrived and performed maintenance.
No issues. When we went up to attic where our units are, to get filter boxes to order more filters for next time, one unit’s front cover was completely off and on the floor.

Zack was outstanding, he suggested and explained everything he was accomplishing. He was very friendly and we trusted his opinions. He is very professional and would like him to come again when needed. Air Assurance is top notch .

Holden was just here doing our semi-annual service. Excellent corteous service. He cleaned, adjusted & tuned our two furnaces and our mini split. Took the time to explain what he did and why.

Hot water heater replacement. Very efficient, courteous workers. They explained the work done and cleaned up the area.
