Mark did the spring HVAC check up on the system today. We moved into the home in December so we had not used the air conditioning yet. Mark was very professional and thorough. He cleaned ip the system and got us prepared for the warmer weather to come.

I would keep looking if you have plumbing needs. Tech came out only to leave 5 hours and $720 later with us still not having hot water. Was given a estimate for $1800 dollars for something I managed to fix in 45 minutes and $20 worth of materials. After canceling any follow up I had 2 more techs show up at 8:00am saying they were here to do the work.
Everyone was extremely pleasant but over all not a very good experience.

Technician was first rate! I really like the fact that they sent the same technician so he is familiar with everything. Good people to work with.

My 80% efficient downstairs furnace and ac needed upgrading so I contacted several Trane and Lennox dealers. Air Assurance came to me via Home Depot, where I would get a 10% military discount.
The bid process took about a week while I weighed the cost/benefits of the various Lennox Signature products, finally deciding on a 98.7% SLP98 90 kBTU furnace, a 25 SEER XC25 4 ton air conditioner and an S30 wi-fi thermostat.
Several companies gave me bids but Air Assurance beat them by thousands. Another dealer (AIRCO) suggested that Air Assurance was not reputable and used inferior materials and work practices but after contacting several recent (and happy) customers and speaking with the company owner I was convinced this was not true. So I went with Air Assurance and I am extremely glad that I did.
Before selecting the vendor, Air Assurance had their quality manager come out and do air flow studies of the ductwork and heating and cooling requirements. It was suggested that I might need an additional return and supply duct to handle the larger system (I was replacing a 3.5 ton). Air Assurance indicated that any duct changes or other requirements to meet factory specifications and local codes was included in the bid-no surprises.
The work was done over two days by a 3 person crew. Extremely professional, they pulled down all the cheap duct board and duct tape of my old system and installed custom-measured, insulated metal ductwork sealed with mastic. All my old dangling power and thermostat wires were shortened and placed inside conduit. Equipment was placed straight, even compensating for duct openings not lined up with the closet walls. They inspected every floor outlet and squared up bent sheet metal and bonded the metal duct to the concrete foundation so there were no leaks. They also used poles to access as much of the non-ducted, between joists, air return and sealed openings and irregularities in the chases.
A new return was added to my utility room wall where it is barely noticeable, but no new supply ducts were needed because the new air flow was balanced by the better-performing equipment.
The crew chief happened to notice a gas line interference problem on my newly-installed tank-less hot water heater (done by another company) and proceeded to re-plumb the line without any charge to me. The day before Air Assurance sent a team of plumbers out to move a sprinkler back flow preventer that would be partially blocking the new furnace. Again at no additional charge.
My AC condenser is a monster and had to be several feet from the house to meet code but it is extremely quiet, even at full speed.
In summary, I would recommend Air Assurance to anyone wanting plumbing or heating/ac work done. They are professional, courteous and deeply care about the quality of their work and how it is perceived by their customers.

Unreliable! We had an issue with a water line, so we had no running water. We were told in the early afternoon we would be seen after hours. Called and confirmed later in the day that a plumber would be out. Stayed up and waited but then finally went to bed. I called the after hours line at 1:30 in the morning. The lady who answered said we had in fact been on the schedule and then stated, “there must have been a miscommunication. That’s weird. We can have some out later tomorrow.” Fortunately I found another company who showed the next morning and immediately fixed the problem.

We can always have peace of mind when we have our furnace serviced by professionals who know their stuff. They encounter a problem, things are not operating safely, it gets fixed. Air Assurance, top notch people that provide high quality service. Thanks for keeping us safe.
