Christian was very professional, personable and informative. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips in helping to maintain the outside unit. We have experienced quality, experienced and informative technicians from Air Assurance.

Their man came out on a holiday weekend with no complaints and immediately found the problem & switched out the part. He satisfied us and our residents. Bravo!

This was such a great experience. Our contact representative Jesse was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was instrumental in being sure to answer all our questions and listen to our concerns and treated us with kindness and respect throughout. We wouldn’t have made it through the process without him. He was always honest and professional with us which was refreshing and took care of any issues that arose. This company is great about making things right. They stand for excellence and we definitely experienced that. Everything they did looks neat and tidy.

HVAC - We had the heat and air ducts replaced in a crawl space and had a new package unit installed. John and Isaiah were the best. Hard workers who knew what they were doing and had great pride in their work to be sure it was done right. They were very respectful to us and of our home and wood floors. They were so kind and very professional and experienced.

PLUMBING - We have an old house that had the hot water tank inside the house. We decided to have a tankless installed so we will never have to worry about a tank busting as they do and ruin the floors. John and Drew were amazing and did such a great job. They had to work in a small space but got the job done and it looks great and we are so happy with it. Jesse worked with us in the beginning to be sure to get a good brand that was pretty quiet since it is in the house. John and Drew even thought of a way to insulate between the unit and the wall so you couldn’t really hear it on the other side. We had the same experience with these guys as we did the HVAC guys. Respectful, professional and experience and pride in their work. We still had a gas smell under the house and Drew and Jason came out and found it and fixed it. They were great.

The whole experience was so great I would recommend them to everyone. The experience their employees have and how the employees stand for the company’s values made all the difference. I’ll never use anyone else again.

, which I thought it was probably a 15 minute job, but no it took lots of professional commitment to resolving our problem. This was Enoc Gonzales last job of the day and I’ll just say “He was committed to resolving our issue above and beyond our expectations “.

I needed assistance with a gas leak in my home and was told i needed a plumber to come fix it. I was referred to Air Assurance and Mike was friendly and professional. He made sure I had a tech sent out right away. Frank was there within a short amount of time. He educated me on how the process worked and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I cannot rave enough about my experience.

Erwin was awesome! We tried Air Assurance after having bad service with an AIR COmpany provider. Erwin repaired an issue that the previous company came out two times and still couldn't fix. I highly recommend if you're looking for a no-nonsense heating and air conditioning maintenance provider.
