Wanted to give a big shout out to Air Assurance and their team. Had to have my whole system replaced back in mid April 2018. Mike G did an exceptional job evaluating my old system and got me into the most efficient system on the market by guaranteeing the largest possible rebates from PSO, ONG and the manufacture offered at the time. The install team did a great job on the install and took them two full days of hard work. They rerouted most all my air ducts and also installed 9 dampers on the feeder ducts so I can control the air flow going into the rooms. Made sure all ducts were sealed properly to reduce loss of air. PSO came out and leak tested the air system as well as the rest of the home before and after installation. I was shocked of the outcome! The whole system and home after installation recorded to have 40% improvement (less leakage) and is now rated a High Performance Energy Efficient home by PSO. Note: This home was built in 1999.

We’ve used your maintenance service for years and been pleased. This maintenance for fall became frustrating when no heat in upstairs room and ask to please return to see why. Mark came and said the filter was dirty. My husband had asked how were filters and first tech who came said they were fine. When Mark came out he came across as angry. Left everything as is and was gone. My husband went out looking and bought new filters. I called customer service asking if someone could come out to install it for us as we are old and cannot climb ladder into attic. I was put on hold for a while then told someone checking and would call me back. We waited with no call back so today hired someone to climb the ladder. The room is now warm but not because of your service. After so many years of satisfaction what has gone wrong.

Our service tech was outstanding! He answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained all that he was doing!!

Highly recommend Air Assurance. Honest folks that show up quickly and get the job done at a fair price. They don’t tell you that you need something you don’t actually need in order to get you to spend more like I’ve experienced with other companies. If integrity matters to you choose Air Assurance.

We were hoping to have a new ac unit installed by Air Assurance but unfortunately we've been neglected and forgotten. On May 23rd 2022 a technician came out to inspect our unit and informed us we needed a to install a new one. That same day a sales representative came out and gathered some details but wasn't thorough enough and called me later for specific information that I didn't have answers to. I assumed he would make another attempt to come back but never did. About a month later, I called customer service and voiced my frustration. I was told a email was sent to a supervisor who would then look things over and call us back but unfortunately nobody did. That was about 3 weeks ago. I feel as though this company is too big to be concerned about us. The positive reviews are what drove me to contact them. I regret that decision now. A lot of time has been lost and the $ 99 fee was a waste of our hard earned money. Air Assurance obviously doesn't value our business.

Denton was exceptional! He was speedy and very considerate and friendly. He wore his protective shoes when entering the house. Fast and friendly service.

I knew of Air Assurance from their commercials. Their customer service was great. Thank you Cole David for not only getting the job done quickly but explaining in terms I could understand all that I asked about. Very professional and caring company. I will use again and highly recommend them.

We’ve used Air Assurance since we bought our home 5 years ago. Every time they come out for our routine check ups, they are courteous, prompt, friendly and neat. They explain everything to us, and should we ever have a problem, they are quick to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone! Kudos to you for having such wonderful employees!

Paul, the comfort specialist who visited with us prior to purchase was impressive with his knowledge, very easy to talk to and offered us multiple options for the replacement equipment. He even gave us his cell# in case we had questions after he left. We did.... and he was very prompt in responding. David and Kade (the installers) were professional, friendly and considerate! They did an excellent job of replacing our AC/Furnace and condenser. Very glad we used Air Assurance for this
