I am very satisfied with this service company! D.J was so friendly and extremely thorough. He explained everything to me in simple terms so that I could understand. I highly recommend Buckeye Heating and cooling.

Furnace was in the fritz and wasn't turning on reliably. They were out asap and fixed issue in 30 mins. Brian explained the problem and why it happens. Got a short term and long term solution is place. Beyond happy with the service and will definitely use them again!

Harold called me before he got here to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and spent extra time trying to figure out my thermostat. He educated me on my furnace and dehumidifier. I just bought the house and am thrilled to learn about these aspects. He is professional, kind and informed! My technician arrived punctual, and the maintenance check of the furnace was completed; however, I asked about the inspection of a humidifier filter, and he seemed very irritated and annoyed that he had to go back to the furnace. He then, with his nonverbal communication, explained how to replace the filter in a passive-aggressive manner I didn't appreciate his attitude: I e. Inflection, tone of voice, and rolling of the eyes.

We lost both heating and cooling. Buckeye came out immediately and found the blower had failed. They were here two days later to install a new blower and we are back in business.

When my home needed a new HVAC system, I requested several quotes from four major companies that service our area. Buckeye Heating & Cooling was very responsive and honest about what we needed. Pete, our salesman, was very patient and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us to buy the top end systems. In fact, he listened to our needs and provided us with options that we were comfortable with and interested in adding. The quotes were reasonable and easy to understand. When we accepted the quote, they were able to schedule us around our work schedule.

The installation crew, Scott and Jeff, arrived on time and worked immediately to replace our existing system. They were professional and very courteous. They explained what they were doing and were careful to not leave a mess. They completed the installation and ensured that the system was running perfectly. They took the time to explain the maintenance needed for the new system and were very friendly.

A new HVAC system can be a big purchase and stressful to a homeowner. Buckeye Heating and Cooling was a joy to work with and I will highly recommend them to others. Thank you Buckeye!

The service technicians have been great! Kyle called and arrived on time. He performed the maintenance quickly and took time to answer questions regarding the system. Maintenance program is a great way to protect our investment.

The technician made phone calls using speaker phone while working in my basement and outside at AC unit. My husband and I work from home and this was very distracting. He also left something small, gray on the floor in front of the furnace.

We have used Buckeye heating and cooling for maintenance over the past 12 years. I believe that tells you how satisfied we have been with their service. Staff is always very professional, timely and courteous!

Cristina Found a sparking inducer which is deemed a fire hazard and could’ve cause serious damage to the house furnace is now shut down. Unfortunately part replacement is impossible as there are hundreds on backorder so a new furnace is the only solution.
