I agree with Kiberrly, Scotte replace a new AC for me last summer without changing the old pipe, so it's always leak freon， Constantly calling and email this company..no response! So i have to drive 40 mins to his office to make an appoitment, then he came and promised can add the Freon free for 10 years only, I can not accept， then he just dissappeared! im incredibly disgusted with this company for the lack of work repair and no response, and was thinking about to sue him if I have to!

Scott came out to my house 4 times through HSA home warranty. Charged HSA $1,100 in parts and labor. Left my house with no boiler working and telling me I need a whole new boiler. Now I have to figure out how to fix it. Another company came out and told me they can fix it for half the price. Would never recommend state heating ever. Only had to use them because of the HSA warranty.

State heating and cooling is the biggest joke of a company! They are absolutely god awful.. had to deal with his stupidity and inability to diagnose a problem.. not by choice was sent over because he was referred by the lovely hsa (which in my opinion is just as stupid as this company). Being here 5-10 minutes his diagnosis was that my boiler was shot.. I needed a new one. Had another contractor here that same night and diagnosed it as a bad gas valve. Came back the next day and had my heat back up and running. This State heating and cooling is the biggest crock... UNLESS.. he gets hsa to cover a new furnace I’m sure he’s fine at putting new ones in.. fine being the key word.. but at FIXING one he’s TERRIBLE... and terrible isn’t even a good word to use because he’s that bad... the best part was... I had to pay outta pocket to get my boiler working and 3 weeks later got charged 80$ for his 10 minutes of work by the hsa. So please for the love of god.. don’t use this company. There are so many more reliable trustworthy honest companies out there!!

Most dishonest company I’ve ever had to deal. Especially the owner Scott. Please be aware and use anyone else. Just take the time to read their reviews and save yourself headaches and money.

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday, so I looked for a local company on Angie's List. Scott called immediately after my search. He showed up and one hour later had my furnace working excellent. Great Job!

I called this company They came out today Everything look fine When i talk to Scott yesterday He didn't tell me the price for coming out So the guy told me did Scott tell you the price for coming out I said no So the guy told me a $135.00 bucks So I said what a $135 are they crazy for 5 minutes not even 5 minutes work for checking out the furnace So the guy told me inflation So look elsewhere Do not get this company Way over price for a service call Just to look at it for under 5 minutes

Had this company come out to work on central air unit. The first guy didnt do a thourough job. The unit stopped working in 3 days. The owner came back out spliced wire again..stopped working again in 2 days. Constantly calling this company..no response. Had to call new company diagnosed the real problem. I wasted money on a yelp voucher and service product cost..im incredibly disgusted with this company for the lack of work repair and no response.

The technician Sab was friendly and knowledgeable, office staff was friendly and very helpful, the cost was almost half as expensive as another company we called

Scott has worked on our AC as well as our furnace. He is very knowledgeable and has done a great job.
