My home warranty sent this company to me to repair failed HVAC system,the guy came in and advised me that it's rusted inside unit and I need to replace whole new unit ,he said he will send report to wrty.company
2 days later nothing was sent ,I called and left VM few times nobody ever pick up phone there, finally someone called me back,I explained that company still waiting for report, representative said she will send messages to repair guy to hurry up with report,(mean while I called my HVAC guy for 2nd opinion), finally report was send to warranty company and ofcourse they denide claim.My HVAC guy came in cleaned inside of HVAC cleaned drain pipes and my HVAC works great for $100 ,
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

They installed a new air conditioning unit for us works well can't wait till next summer
