Shane and Josh were excellent in their service, friendliness and timeliness they installed the REME HALO air purification system in our home and we are very happy with the purchase. Everyone I had contact with was very responsive and installation was literally a day or two after my initial contact. Thanks!!

First of all Becky is fantastic who answers the phone! She is always friendly, helpful, & personable! All the techs are great! Mike Stewart came out and was very helpful & professional! He also took time to show me what I needed to do with my furnace! I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them as they give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My husband and I needed to replace both our furnace and AC in the last six months. We contacted MVHAC for both system replacements and were extremely happy with the timely, high-quality service we received. The staff and crew were professional, honest, extremely friendly, and worked quickly, but effectively, to get our new systems installed. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Spiros came out the day after I called to look at my current set-up; he emailed my quote for central air installation the same day. I'd heard that Maumee Valley's prices may be a bit higher, but that their customer service and expedited emergency calls were worth it. But after receiving quotes from three other companies, MVHA was actually the lowest. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used to try to get me to upgrade to a bigger unit nor did they try to sell me a new furnace like other companies. When I called to schedule installation, they ordered my unit that day and were able to install everything the next week. Shane & Mike installed everything brand new in less than 6-hours. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable--- and they didn't leave a mess behind (Shane insisted on wiping up my wet floor since it had started raining)! The company also offers a great financing option if you can't pay in full. I'd recommend MVHA to anyone needing this type of work!

We had a problem with our zone system for many years. Multiple companies have come out over the years. It was Mike from Maumee Valley who came out. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed the problem. It wasn’t an easy job. He was here multiple days working on it. Heat now works great. I’m guessing the air conditioning will too. I definitely recommend Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. This company was used to install the heating and air conditioning in the house we bought that was gutted and redone due to a house fire. One of our upstair rooms has zero air flow. It is hotter than heck in the summer and there is not flow right now with the heat on. We have had them out a couple times this summer to investigate the problem and it was discovered that the duct work was missed going to that room. They supposedly installed the duct work but There is still no air flow going to the room. Now we are told it is our responsibility to fix the problem which could be a few hundred dollars. We will never recommend this company nor will we use them to fix future problems. They claim that everything had to be put back exactly the way it was (because that’s how insurance claims work) prior to the fire but the house was gutted and there are new things in the house that weren’t here before the fire so it can’t be exactly like it was. We have now contacted a different company to service our furnace and we will ask them to do future work on our heating and air conditioning needs.

We have been with Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning since 1993 and LOVE them!! To work with a company as caring, reliable and honest is a real privilege and rarity these days. I would highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking for this type of service.
