Vintage Heating & Air LLC

When they went to check the a/c they charged me $150 and I told them to send me the bill and they said that it couldn't be done that I had to pay now and for the 5 minutes it took me to look for my debit card they charged me another $40 that's a robbery

I had vintage heating put a new air condition unit in my house . The gentleman that came out and gave me a estimate assured me the until they put in would cool my entire house including upstairs . That was a lie and my upstairs is very hot . I have spoke with a different people at the office and I'm always told someone will call me back it has been 2 years and I haven't received a call yet . The gentleman even recommended getting a bigger unit to make sure that it would cool the upstairs

AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave and after hours. Tech made it out to the house within the hour and had everything up and running in no time. He was great. Love the company and their people.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service from owner Danielle. Don’t recommend. Give your hard earned money to a business that appreciates you as a client.
