First the response time when our air went out was great. We called Saturday and early Monday received a call back. By 12 pm Monday Mike steward had been to our home and fixed the issue. He communicated with us via phone several times throughout the process, as we were out of town for the Fourth of July. We are very happy with the service and quickness of the response on a holiday weekend. Cost was minimal to have a cool home to come home too. Thanks Mike and MV!

My wife and I have been saving up for a while to be able to add central AC to our home after replacing the furnace a few years ago. Shane came out and was super helpful with plotting out where the condenser would go and how we could accommodate everything in our funky old home. We went over different sizes and price ranges and I got the sense that he was simply giving options versus pushing a product. We got a couple competing bids and Maumee Valley was competitive with other HVAC contractors we've used before. Ultimately we ended up going with Maumee Valley because of the sales process and how relaxed and helpful Shane was as we were trying to figure out how to get the most value out of our investment.

I was surprised when our salesman was also on the install crew and really thankful that there were no last minute changes where one thing was sold to us and another thing delivered. Thank you Maumee Valley for working with us and helping make this possible. Our house feels great inside!

Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning has always been a great company to work with. They have been our go to maintenance and repair company for about 6 years now. Most recently, we had our maintenance done by Kyle who was prompt, courteous and thorough. Maumee Heating and Air really helped us out one very cold winter day in January when our heat went out and the company we had a maintenance contract with for the past 15 years told us they could not service our system for days. I called Maumee Valley Heating and Air and they came out that day and fixed our furnace. We made the switch that day to Maumee Valley Heating and Air and have had excellent service and repair since.

We had our system installed back in November and had an issue with it cooling. Being a late season install for A/C we didn't have an opportunity to use it until now. We called in to report the issue and had a tech out in a couple hours. Brad the technician was very polite and professional. He had the issue resolved in less than 15 min. and took the time to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Maumee Valley for you HVAC needs.

We always call Maumee Valley Heating & Air Conditioning to come clean our unit after the Cotton Wood Trees are finished filling the air with cotton. This keeps our system in top condition so our electric bill stays lower. I just saw that last month we used a higher than normal amount of electric in June and I called to have the unit cleaned. My AC unit completely stopped working. I called Maumee Valley and they quickly came to my house, diagnosed the problem, explained to me in clear terms what the issues were, fixed the AC unit properly in a short amount of time, and charged a fair rate. I highly recommend this company. I've been a long term customer, and I will continue to call for my HVAC needs.

Shane came out and gave us a reasonable quote within our budget. Shane and his crew were awesome! The install looks amazing and clean. They were courteous and professional throughout the install letting us know every step. Upon completion, we were shown how to operate our new furnace and what features it had. Excellent customer service! We will definitely promote them when our neighbors may need any HVAC service. Thank you Maumee Valley HVAC!

Had a unit put in June of 2020 and now less than 3 yrs later air won't cool below 70. Last year it's lowest temp was 64. So apparently there's a leak. They want to charge a 125 to come out and check what's wrong and if it is low they want to charge another 150 per pound to recharge. I am partly to blame since I didn't make them do a negative pressure test for a min of 24 hrs before installing. I don't believe I should have to pay for them to check and fix there own work. They say they stand behind there work but only if your willing to pay for it./ Update, May 24. Call to tellthem that the unit needed a new capacitor since the one in unit is faulty, and they would not supply one even though there is a 10year warranty on parts. They only way they would do it is if they could come out and do it so I would have to pay them. So basically no warranty. I had this installed just before covid and the lock down,then I ended up on Dialysis and then I had a transplant and have been trying to recover and its business like this (without customer support and empathy) that make people hate having to depend on others. ONLY WORRIED ABOUT HOW THEY CAN STICK IT TO YOU TO GET MORE MONEY!!!

Pertaining to the company’s response to Mr Bryan’s concerns; what ever happened to “good ole customer service”? If a “Free” first year maintenance check was not used, wouldn’t it be a courtesy just to remind him of “his faults” and just have someone at the residence to check it out? But you would rather rub his nose into what he should have done instead of being concerned that someone is calling about a system that is not working after it was installed just 3 years earlier. Anyone who has ever paid for central air knows this is a very Expensive installation. Not to mention Covid-19 was effecting every American in one way or another, and no one was running regular business hours or even socially interacting. And not to put his personal business out there but he recently underwent surgery for a kidney transplant Do you really think that the first thing on his mind was “Did I get my AC maintenance done”. This is just so bazar.

Kyle was great. He was on time and was able to locate the problem within 15 min of arrival. I would recommend Maumee Valley Heating to anyone looking forward to being cool thus summer.
