Pickerington Heating & Cooling

Pickerington heating and cooling did a great job fixing my broken AC. I called late on a Wednesday afternoon, and they sent someone out first thing Thursday morning. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately without having to leave to get other parts. He also provided additional advice on the AC unit which was very helpful in making it run better and our house started feeling even cooler then it used to. Would highly recommend using Pickerington heating and cooling.

A breath of fresh air after getting the run around for 6 months from other companies. Price for new furnace install was exactly as advertised, guys were on time, polite, and got it working fast and perfect. Cannot recommend them enough.

I am going to be 100% honest since you are pestering me. Last week I contacted you and well the damage was a bit more than predicted that to South Central Electric (idiots). I am waiting to get services restored with an expensive motherboard... Might have been ordered might not have been. Your company lacks follow up when parts need to be shipped. etc..

For the pestering and lack of communication, I deduct two stars. But the engineer that came by to fix the issue, I give him 5 stars.

I hate companies that are well a pain in the you know what... Especially since I am sending you a good amount of money... So the company gets 3 stars.

Went from too warm to sleep to absolutely frigid. Called them and had a new HVAC system installed the next day. Professional from my phone call to the service call to the install. Great guys to work with. Great equipment. Great value.

Service tech, Shane, was professional and courteous. He clearly explained each step in addressing the problem with the heating. We appreciate the quick response.

Jacob, the technician provided a thorough inspection of our heat pump and immediately recognized we had a non-functioning capacitor. He quickly took care of the replacement since he carried the part on his truck. He tested the system and identified the system was low on freon. He took care of this also.. Overall, the experience was well worth the cost. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

After getting my heat pump checked out I feel very safe going into winter. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Total install took approx. 4 ½ hours for both heating and A/C install. Arrived with a 4 man crew. Very good experience. Good crew in all respects, very good clean up, very good post install systems briefing (thermostat, outside unit functions, inside furnace checks / home maintenance instruction).
Per install estimate review was excellent. Service Tech went over old furnace & A/C unit and provided good advice needed to make the decision a new system was needed. No pressure, no double talk, just pertinent info. Used this company before a few years ago due to furnace breakdown during winter. They arrived same day and quickly solved the issue and provided good advice on future preventative measures. Highly recommend this company so give them a try.
