Excellent service. I had a problem with our furnace in the morning. I troubleshot but didnt have the right parts to fix it. They were able to come out a few hours later. They had the parts on hand and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. The technician also corrected the underlying issue so that the problem doesnt happen again. Very professional and nice. Please dont hesitate to call them if you need any work.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He explain what he was about to do which I did appreciate.

Mike Brown more then exceeded our expectations. I came home from work and realized our A/C was no longer working. I called Five Star and they were able to get us in same day. Mike came out and was honest about our unit. He suggested options to fix the current unit as well as options to go with a new unit. After discussing it with my wife, we decided to go with not only go with
a new A/C but a furnace as well. We truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to try to help us fix our issues before having to replace them. We know our install is going to be just as great as Mikes professionalism was. We will defiantly be using Five Star for any of our further HVAC needs.

5 Start installed a new system in Jan 2021. Installation was great and I have had no problems at all with AC or furnace. This was my 3rd maintenance follow up. Each time the tech has been very thorough and explained all the checks they performed. I am very satisfied with 5 star and would highly recommend them.

Our 17 year old AC started to have ice on the coils and not meeting thermostat set temps. Called the company at 8pm and they were at my house by noon the next day. Hunter and Nick went right to work and had a quick diagnosis. Hunter went above and beyond in helping me deal with my home warranty company. Awesome team, would definitely recommend. I also bought a new AC/furnace system from them because I trusted their service and professionalism.

Service associate was knowledgeable and explained some preventive maintenance that we should consider. Associate explained everything and was courteous.
