This company is the best! Their customer service makes the difference. I need to feel heard and believed when I’m calling for help. I’m not kidding when I say some other local HVAC showed up once on my father in law’s recommendation, didn’t observe the issue at that moment (even though I had video), and literally charged their service fee to say they don’t think it’s actually broken. I appreciate that Pickerington Heating and Cooling made us feel like they care as gave us their undivided attention and asked clarifying questions and offered knowledgeable and affordable solutions. They truly remove all the anxiety that comes with an expensive repair.

I had a new furnace, hot water tank and humidifier installed. Dale and Billy were great! Dale explained everything about the installation and how to do maintenance on the equipment. They cleaned up the work area, were personable, and professional. I had a great experience.

They did a very thorough job. They even replaced my furnace filter which I had asked them to do each time they come to the house to do the maintenance checks on the furnace or air conditioner. That really saves me a lot of time and I appreciate that service. Getting the maintenance check on my furnace helps in giving me a peace of mind knowing that my furnace is operating at its peak performance going into the winter season.

Very grateful for the last minute help I received today when my furnace went out. Mark (HVAC) determined the issue was electrical and Tim (electric) came out this afternoon to get everything running again before the cold really hits tonight. Very professional and thorough. Thank you!

Very happy with Chad who came to my home on a Friday night. Diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it and fixed the problem. I would request him again if the need arises. Service call was reasonable.

Well, I knew the day would come that I'd have to replace my 24 year old furnace.

Adam was very professional & honest about the repairs needed for the system.
After thinking about cost to repair vs a whole new system, I knew the expense to repair would be a "band-aid."
I decided to have a new-full (furnace-a/c) system installation.
Adam was very thorough & informative of what would be replaced, costs, etc. and yes, this is always a big expense, but I have peace of mind that that I've chosen the best company for the job!!

Larry & Brett, were able to install everything the next day & were extremely prompt, courteous, & professional!!

I have heat again & I know I've made the right choice with 5-Star Heating & Cooling!
