I contacted CKP Heating & Cooling regarding an issue I had with my furnace during a recent, unexpected cold snap. From the initial phone call through the technician’s visit to my home, I was very pleased with my experience with CKP. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and pleasant, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Given the drop in temperatures that day, she even scheduled a technician to come out that very afternoon! The CKP technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, arriving at my home on time and making sure to clean up after himself. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue, and had my furnace back to working condition in no time! I am grateful to CKP Heating & Cooling for making the whole process as painless as possible. The next time I run into any HVAC issues, I know who I’ll be calling!

Scheduling was easy and fast. I was able to get same day service. My expectations of service were dashed when the technician called me because he was lost and couldn't find my house. I live just a few blocks from their office. Google maps estimates this to be a seven minute walk.
Technician spends upwards of an hour and a half and is unable to identify the issue. He made a guess at a sensor overheating but could not replicate the issue. No recommendations were made and no repair was made. I was charged $200 for this visit.
I had another company come out today and the technician was able to identify a few issues with the furnace within 15 minutes. He provided three options that included repairs or replacement and I was only charged $90.

I had CKP install a new thermostat and do a clean and check on my system. The tech came prepared, on time and was professional. He gave me thorough documentation on the work that was done and showed me how to use the new thermostat. Great job.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and they had us fixed up in less than 48 hours. Our furnace also stopped working on the coldest day of the year. They came out to assess same day, had an appointment for us the very next business day and even offered us space heaters if we needed them. They were super friendly, explained everything, and the installers were very tidy! Great local business! Saved us a ton of money!

CKP took care of my new house when we found out we needed to replace the furnace and AC unit. They worked with me to find the units best for my needs and installed them a few days later. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Original service was done as scheduled but did not fix the issue with our furnace. I called back when the furnace went out again over a weekend and they said they would charge a higher overtime rate for a weekend service call. This is on work that I already paid for but obviously didn't fix the issue. There are plenty of other HVAC techs who make weekend service calls at more reasonable rates. Call someone else instead.

If I could give a zero star I would. They installed a air conditioner a year ago. It took them four times to get it right. Each service person blaming the last one. They started installation at the end of June but didn’t finish till August. A year later & it’s not working. So I called & was told it would be $97 for the first half hour to just look at it. I thought it would be covered but it was two weeks past the first initial installation. I said don’t you think it would be good business to make this right. His exact words, I disagree.

CKP literally just saved the day! Me, my girlfriend and my dog woke up freezing to no heat on this cold morning. CKP was there in a timely manner and came to the rescue on this Saturday morning! Couldn't be more pleased with the kind sir who fixed the furnace! Would recommend to anybody! Thank you CKP!

Same day service! Woke up to no heat, they were more then responsive then getting someone scheduled that met our schedule. Back to a warm house within a hour!

Tech came out right away and explained everything that was going on with my air conditioner unit. Fixed the problem fast. Would recommend to anyone
