Zoned comfort came out and said they would replace parts on my furnance and has yet to put them in or contact me. It doesn't take this long to get parts, they can be sent overnight. It's been a few weeks now!!!

Andy, the technician contacted me after I had made a request for service. He was an absolute professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was friendly, polite, and very competent. He was informative and advised me when I might consider getting a new A/C unit as my current one is quite old but should get me through the summer. He told me to get a quote in early fall when they have time to schedule the work.

I would recommend Zoned Comfort (and will do so when others ask) to anyone needing service or equipment as they are honest, dependable and show up when they promise.

Zoned Comfort just installed a new AC system in my home. Two service techs arrived on time (actually a touch early) and got straight to work. They were methodical but great guys. The installation required the reconfiguration of existing furnace and exhaust elements but they handled it smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Zoned Comfort. Knowledgeable, professional, and great staff.

Had service repairs performed on my furnace and experience was wonderful. Pleasant on the phone and tech arrived timely. Did a thorough check and replaced fan motor. I know furnace on it's last leg and Zone Comfort will be my new HVAC professionals. Thank you.

I had a 10:30a appointment for a quote to replace my a/c. I left work and arrived at my house right at 10:30 possibly a minute sooner. I waited around, straightening up, and at 10:40 found that Zoned Comfort (Richard specifically) left his business card in my door (I had come in through the garage). I immediately called the cell phone number on the card and got no answer. I called Zoned's business line and spoke to a man that was going to text Richard to call me. I waited another 20 minutes and started to leave to go back to work. Richard calls me, says he got to my house at 10:25 and waited a few minutes. He could not have waited until 10:30 or at all after. I won't be doing business with them.

Called zone comfort this Monday morning told them was having problems with my air Andy the technician showed up two hours later it turns out I needed a new thermostat he installed it ran the furnace through a few cycles everything check out good thank you Andy for a excellent service experience you and your company will be highly recommended

Polite, Respectful and HONEST!
With the problem I had, they could've easily been misleading and told us that the part needed replaced but he was very honest and said it just needed cleaning!!
VERY Few companies ever do that nowadays!
