I called for a diagnosis on my a/c unit.They replaced a compasator that was 150.00 w/o asking me first. This was on a unit that is 20 years old!!!They said because the part was made in America it was more. I looked online and they sell for 10 to 20 dollars .All I wanted to know was what was wrong!! My 50.00 diagnostic turned into a $230.00 bill. This is extreme price gouging!!!I was told by management that I signed the paperwork.I never received a copy of my bill yet, but yet the checked has cleared the bank!! BEWARE and call another HVAC .

Reasonable prices, great service, and emergency calls.

Throughout both the summer and winter seasons my cooling and heating was on the fritz. I called All Seasons a few times and they would tell me one thing, then just band-aid fix the problem instead. With warmer temptutrues again, what they said was fixed last year is now a problem again. 0 stars.

Was treated extremely rude by Greg Music. Also was told one thing by technician and when Greg came to the house was told something completely different and he refused to turn it in to home warranty for us but was willing to fix it if we paid out of pocket.

Greg was incredible to work with. He was the most thorough of the four companies I got estimates from. He was honest with me about potential issues, and I appreciated his honesty. Greg mapped out new ductwork as my house did not have existing ducts, and his team installed the ducts, the AC unit, and the heat pump with no problems. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

James is excellent. Honest, trustworthy and always in a good mood; pleasure dealing with him. The company itself is excellent as well and is very accommodating.

Never in my life has someone providing a service been so rude to me or my client. I will do everything I can to not work with this company. I was literally screamed at over the phone

Scott was on time , very good at seeing what was done wrong, from another installer. Looking forward to getting my new ac unit installed.

Greg Music is unprofessional and unorganized. He demanded payment prior to work and when I declined, it took almost 2 months to receive an invoice. The invoice was hand-delivered by his worker, Rex, who had to return after the A/C that was supposedly repaired was no longer working. Despite Greg's claim to have 1-year warranty on the work, he charged an additional $160 for the follow-up visit. He refusedto apply the warranty language to the invoice, stating his word should suffice. He never advised on what he discovered the issue to be or ask for a verbal agreement to make any repairs but attempted to charge for a service that I have no way of verifying was necessary or done. When I questioned his practice and standards, he became defensive and rude. He threatened to sue me and place a lien against my property. Stay away from this guy and his business! Uncouth and unprofessional!!!
