Tim from Quality came out to give us a quote today for a new HVAC system. He was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful and we are looking forward to working with him for the install.

Mike, Adam and Tommy installed our new generator today. What a great group of guys. Little down time and cleaned up afterwards. Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend the Q-Man!!

Mike, Joe, Adam and Anthony installed our new Generac System. Excellent work and very timely so we were not out of power very long. Great job!

God forbid a DIY wants a couple of common parts... A sensor and ignitor.... The system forces people to buy through a contractor and they sell the parts at over twice the price. So I'll get them from Amazon for $50 instead of $120. I'll run my space heater for another day and install the parts in 10 minutes. Gouging the consumer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our heating system was installed by Quality Mechanical when we built our house 7 years ago. Recently, the system started seeping water around one of the pipes. It took a few trips for a final diagnosis, but I was very thankful when Mike came out today. He fixed it and also didn't keep charging me every time they had to come out to check on it. Each service provider who came to my house was respectful (didn't talk to me like a child), was respectful of my house (put booties on), and didn't get freaked out by my 2 dogs who were rather loud when the provider was talking to me but were gated.

Woke up to my water heater leaking. Called this morning and they were able to fit me in. Mike cam out and was great and able to get a new one for me. Kenny came and brought it and helped put it in. Very descriptive and informative and made sure all was good to go before leaving. All was done before 2pm and now we have a nice new water heater!

These guys drive very aggressively, Almost causing an accident on Elida Avenue every day on my commute to work. Will never hire a professional that isn't patient enough to get the job done effectively.

We have used Quality Mechanical for years, and their technicians have always been helpful. All the service staff that have come to the house have been professional, have solved any problems and have provided quality maintenance services. Kenny came this morning to check our generator and quickly took care of the problem. He is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. We have always appreciated his hard work. Thanks Quality Mechanical!

Would love to give a huge shout out to Quality Mechanical for coming out to my home early this morning to install a new hot water tank on such short notice! Yesterday, my hot water tank stopped working and was leaking water all over the floor to where we had to turn off our main water source to the house. My husband called 3 to 4 different plumbing companies yesterday evening to make arrangements for someone to come and install our hot water tank. I am so thankful that Greg from Quality Mechanical was able to come out early this morning to fix this issue for us! We don’t know how important these things are till we are without. I would definitely recommend this company and they are reasonably priced.

I believe they pick out a good Unit for me but it was kind of on the high side.
