Furnace stopped working called them for a diagnosis. They arrived tech ran a few test only to tell me my unit was 30 years old out dated an junk. He set us up with their sales team to visit the following day. Decided to get a second opinion an had another company come out an do diagnosis. Their results moisture in the line coming from the meter an said call gas company. I asked how old my furnace was he showed me the manufacturer date was 2009. Called gas company sure enuff moisture in the line an the meter broke. They replaced it an removed moisture an furnace fired right up. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION ESPECIALLY IF USING THIS COMPANY! After getting second opinion feel I was about to be taken for my hard earned money. Feel I was lied to just to make them a little more cash! Your response is a joke the tech clearly lied about how old the furnace was!

Kenny from Quality did a great job. He came across caring and knowledgeable. I trusted the answers he had for my questions. I switched back to Quality because of my confidence in Kenny.

I had just had surgery and was going to be down for a bit and was concerned my carbon monoxide detector went off after turning the heat on the first time for the season. Within an hour they had Kenney come to service...clean...and inspect for issues. He is extremely professional and concerned for my problem. He bent over backwards to do more than he would have had to do. I will definitely use them again in the future.. That kind of service is hard to find anymore. Thank you!!!

Great service! My whole house feels warm for the first time in 8 years and is comforting. They installed whole house furnace and a/c plus duct work. They have taken care of any of my minor concerns and it's much appreciated. Thanks for the great work and already within 6 hours of heat being turned on it feels great!

I am writing this review at the request of my mom. Kenny, Matt, and Bill from Quality Mechanical Services in Lima, Ohio have done excellent work for my mom. She recently had to replace her furnace, AC, and water heater; and also had some plumbing (leaking bathroom sink faucet), and electrical (light switches) work done. Although the first man who was sent to her house was rather grumpy and not helpful at all, I read the google reviews and urged her to call back, explain why she had a problem with him, and to ask for Kenny (for the first repair job she needed). She was so delighted with Kenny's professionalism, quality of work, and personality, she asked me to give him "the best rating", and again when Bill and Matt came to her house to perform more work. Furthermore, I am also impressed with the salesman who took the time to explain in detailed layman's terms what her options would be without overwhelming her with too much information, and without trying to sell her more than she needs. My mom did have to call back to remind them to put her on their schedule, and she did have to do her due diligence to make sure she got what she was paying for, as anyone should do. However, nobody is perfect; there will always be at least one grumpy employee in any company, and there will always be scheduling problems, especially during an unusually busy time such as this. But I would recommend this company to anyone needing quality work done by a reliable service. Overall, the professionalism, quality of work, and ethics are top-notch. This company could improve upon their communication with the customer, follow-up communication from the trades-person to the office person to the customer, and tighten up on the scheduling.

QMS is my go to company. Professional, honorable, and fast on their feet! There predecessor took care of my house for 30+ years. It took me quite some time to find a worthy replacement, but the search was over with the arrival of QMS.

Will never use their services again. AC went out they said it was a compressor, well all my parts have a warranty till 2022! Guy I originally had install closed his shop. They charged me 55 dollars to look at it and said they wouldn't mess with warranty work. I had all info ready for them and a contact. Not paying a dime! Installed a new breaker and it's working great! Beware and do you best to double check things. I had to fix myself through my own research! Unbelievable

The two technicians that installed our new HVAC were quick and professional in their work and behavior. The completed the work ahead of schedule, explained the operations and warranty completely.
I would recommend Quality mechanical services and the installation tech named Greg and his able assistant to everyone.

Furnace broke late Friday night. 24 HR on call . Kenny/Mike got it taken care of. Very professional, gets job done. Used them for 20 years, always great. Best in town! Thanks guys
