We had a problem with our air conditioner, and Mike came out and found the problem and fixed it. He explained everything he was doing in a way I understood, and he was friendly and professional. I would recommend your company very highly. Thank you, Mike for all you did.

No heat service call in January. Same day service, mechanic was polite & efficient. He was at my home for slightly under an hour & replaced an electronic igniter, a common $20-25.00 part. The bill was $396.00...that's better than $275.00 per hour labor rate. While everything now works I don't think I'll use them again...I can't afford them!

QMS provided timely, professional services when we had a persistent water pressure issues that no other resources could resolve. Their service staff was informative, resourceful and honest! We have had top notch service from QMS every time we have called on them since the 1990’s!!

In the past I received good service, but recently I got substandard service from one of the field techs and no response from management to questions I left with the front office and via voicemail. A service call misdiagnosed the issue and I will probably be stuck paying for a $300 fan motor I didn't need and will never use. The price of products was high and I only got a ridiculously high estimate for a top of the line AC. 3k more than my next two estimates. I asked for middle of the road unit and received no response or updated estimate.

I can’t say enough about all the help Quality Mechanical has given me while living in the Lima area. They have installed a new sump pump, a new hot water heater, and even have helped me with electrical outlets, among other things in my house. Even when I called their competitors for quotes, Quality Mechanical beat everyone else’s prices for the same equipment. Their workers were kind and they always worked around my schedule. Thank you for everything! Good people like you are hard to come by these days!

Outstanding service. Came out today and not only fixed the problem, but walked me through it as well. He was knowledgeable, professional, and I will definitely be recommending this company and our service tech (I don’t want to put his name out there and embarrass him, but he was awesome).
