    They changed out my spigot with no problems job only took an hour, with labor and parts cost, total bill was $201. That seemed a little high to me when I Googled it in this area for the price of this service it said $150 so I feel like they charged a little more than normal. But the service was great!

    I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and all the technicians that worked on my home. These folks replaced an electric furnace, HWH, and a heat pump/ air conditioner. The cost was $5k under 4 other companies that had given me quotes. The products are top notch as well as the installation. I would recommend R. A.     Many thanks for a quick and professional job repairing our AC. We had been waiting on a part from another company through our home warranty, for a month and a half, with inside temperatures reaching the 90s. When we decided to "move on", R.A. Flynn & Son were quick on the service call, had the part and had repaired the next day. I only wish we had called them sooner! Well done!

    I've never been more impressed than I am with this company. From the first call to final they are very personable and helpful.
    The level of professionalism is unparalleled.
    I had a complete installation of furnace and central air. Unbeatable pricing and quality. Started the air today for the first time since installed 5 months ago. It was 82 degrees in the house. Within a few minutes the temperature was dropping. Zero noise inside our outside the house.

    Do yourself a favor and call these guys!!!

    I called them on a Thursday because the pilot light went out on my rental property. and they said they would be available Friday. The service tech arrived at the property at 2:45 PM the next day and refused to help the girls because their house was too dirty. My renters then called Roto rooter. They came out, turned up the knob a little, and lit the pilot light. They called me and said they were not going to charge me anything for this. I think flynn and son company is prejudiced against people living in poverty. I think it was cruel of them to refuse to help my renters because there is a baby less than one year old living in the house. I did tell them to clean the house but nobody deserves to be cold.

    We called R.A. Flynn and Son for the first time when our A/C was acting up and sounded awful. We were amazed they were able to get to us that same day. Matt was an ace and fantastic with the repairs!!! We were able to get back to keeping cool while the unit kept quiet. Awesome job!!!

    I had an appointment for my furnace to be serviced on October 26th. The company called me a few days before to say they couldn't keep this appointment because there were many people without heat that they had to take care of first including "established customers". The appointment was rescheduled for November 9th at 2pm and I was told I would get a call to confirm the day beforehand. No one called to confirm. When no one had showed up on appointment day by 2:20 I called and asked if they were running behind only to be told they don't schedule appointments at specific times because there is no telling how long a job will take. I was also told again that those without heat and "established customers" come first. When I expressed frustration that this apparent company policy of bumping people with previously scheduled appointments should have been made clear in the beginning when I made my initial appointmment I was told that this is how all businesses around here do this; that nobody schedules specific appointments. This is ridiculous not to mention untrue. I'm at least given a window of time or the courtesy of a call when the technician is behind. When I asked how late the technicians worked I was not given an answer but was told I would get a call when they were on the way. Apparently it's perfectly acceptable to ask your customers to wait for hours without any discernible timeline. Unsurprisingly I never received a call and no one ever showed up. Clearly, making an appointment doesn't guarantee you service at RA Flynn and calling the office certainly won't garner you any useful information. This company let me know in no uncertain terms that my time and business was not valued or wanted. They simply string new customers along instead of being honest and turning them away when they can't or won't do the job. Driving home the point that "established customers" come first is unprofessional. At what point will I be established? Is this how I will be treated until then? If I could leave zero stars I would. I will never (attempt to) do business with RA Flynn again.
