We had a serious gas leak. Mr. Anderson scheduled Noah to come out the same morning. As expected there was a gas leak requiring furnace to be shut off and as expected, a new furnace was installed the next day. Shane & another repairman showed up right on time. They explained what they were doing in detail same as Noah explained the issues & showed me what was wrong & what we needed to do.

Shane asked me if I had any further questions b4 they left. Everyone was friendly & professional.

Please keep me in the loop because we will be replacing the central air which went out about 3 years ago. Notify me when there is a special and/or a coupon for the a/c.

Noah from Grove City Heating & Cooling was the tech that provided service For me today. He gave me a call in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He was quick and knowledgeable about the issue with the furnace and gave future advice for what steps to take next. Definitely recommend this company

We needed to replace our AC. They were very patient in answering all our questions and also very transparent with pricing. Our new AC system was able to be installed the next day. After install we noticed a small issue but they sent someone out right away and it was resolved quickly at no cost. We will definitely be using Grove City Heating and Air for all our HVAC needs.

I found Grove City Heating and Air to be very professional from the first appointment. They answered my questions fully and honestly, and didn't try to sell me more expensive type of equipment. They were reasonably priced and able to schedule installation and other services quickly. I also appreciate friendly people who appear to enjoy their job and GCHA's staff was good to work with. I called them this morning and had a tech (Noah) arrive at 1:00 pm. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the problem to me and told me how to try to keep it from happening again. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if need be.

This group was the first one found on a google search and I can't say how lucky I am to have found them. They had someone to my house within two hours, they diagnosed the problem in another 30-45 minutes, and they had the part and appointment set up for the following day. They were well within their time frame and the tech knew what they were doing and answered my questions without complaint or disruption.

A work friend recommended this company and I am so glad I called them. Noah came to our home, met with my husband and I, he was so patient as we had alot of questions. He answered each one and didn't seem to mind our back and fourth banter (married 24 years will do that) .. He explained our options, warranties etc. We decided on a furnace/central air unit combo and we were setup for the install within a week. Robby and Kamron were great, arrived on time & went right to work installing the units. They made sure to clean up as their were some drilling and additional pvc that needed done. Our home is so much cooler, the unit outside is super quiet and looks nice. I dont want to forget Marissa who answered the phone when I called to setup the appointment and called after the install was complete to make sure we were happy, very nice and pleasant.

They did a fantastic job from start of the process to the end. When our AC went out we panicked and called Grove City Heating and Air and the lady we spoke to was very calming, she get us set up with a free estimate and the person came quoted us a fair price and then install was very soon after. They worked hard and had the job done very well.

AC was making noises, and house was not cooling down. Aaron showed up, very polite and professional, there was no B.S. and he explained everything that he did/was going to do and gave us many options. We're having everything replaced tomorrow and hope that the installers are as wonderful as Aaron was!!
