After just buying a new home we keep coming across lots of issues and of course we had something with our furnace too. Called Grove City Heating and Air and they sent someone the next day which is awesome and much appreciated. Our technician was very informative and fixed our problem in a very timely manner! We will definitely be doing business with them again!

Responded within 2 hours to a call late Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, the furnace needed to be replaced. The installation itself was completed quickly. All the techs and customer service reps were helpful, courteous. Thanks to Tim and everyone else. We definitely will use you again.

We had service done s few years ago and the young man they sent (Noah). He was awesome and asked for him again. Again he was prompt, polite and efficient.

My tech Noah arrived within the 3 hour window he was knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quickly and order the correct part and returned the next day installed the part and was good to go. They very helpful working with me on a payment plan they were great

Pooya came out and was very communicative and quick with diagnosing the problem. The price was very reasonable, too! He was scheduled to come out between 12 and 4 but called when he could come out earlier, so left within the time period he was originally scheduled to arrive. I’m very happy with the service!

Always a great experience. Not only do the technicians solve any problems, but they also educate you about the equipment they are servicing. Today Noah very quickly tested my furnace humidifier, determined the water flow was causing a rushing noise. So he slowed the water flow which got rid of the noise. Great job!

Our A/C wasn't working correctly. I put a request in online. At 7:02 a.m. my phone rang. It was Jenny wanting to get me Scheduled
They gave mey choice of time frames and were well within the specified time. The technician was efficient & easy to communicate with. I am a Realtor and will hands down refer my clients to them and use them again myself when the Time comes!

Noah came out today and fixed our ac. He was friendly, quick and efficient. He helped us out when another company told us that we needed a whole new unit. He saved us a ton of money. We definitely reccommend.
