Grove City Heating & Air

AC stopped working, I contacted Grove City Heating and Air, I received a call back from a customer rep that sounded like he was asleep and difficult. We finally were able to set-up an appointment for the next day. The tech showed, acted like he did not want to be there. After spending over $ 120.00 for him to connect a wire and tell me the AC needed to be replace. He quoted me a new unit for $ 5,899.00. I said I could do better with another company, he did not care. The next day I found a reputable company to install the same unit for $ 2,100 less. I guess I cannot name the other company, but I can say it is good to live in West Jefferson, OH. In case you do not know, Grove City Heating and Air is part of Five-Star Service Group

The estimator was courteous and professional. He checked out the furnace on Friday and we scheduled the replacement for the following Monday. Quick service!
The installers were nice, personable and professional. They removed the old furnace and thermostat and replaced with new units. They knew what they were doing and the install went smoothly. They showed me what they did and tested the furnace.

This is the second time I have used this company. All staff have been pleasant and knowledgeable . They replaced my hot water heater and repaired my furnace within 24 hours. Explained everything and answered my questions. Prices are very reasonable.

Had our heat go out recently and they were able to come out check out our heating unit and diagnose that it was beyond repair and needed replaced. Got an excellent quote to replace it with a higher quality furnace than I thought we could afford due to rebates and discounts and got a high quality, quiet and energy efficient furnace.
