They charged me $429.00 to change 2 parts and they put the same parts back and asked me that I have to change my 30w disconnect, when I called my electrician he changed it and the HVAC still didn’t start. I called another company and they said that the part they changed doesn’t look like it new it’s still damaged. So I paid for them to just look at and them lying that they changed a part. We also used them business purposes as well but seems like this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Huge shout out to Command Heating and Cooling. Tom Mcneal and Corey McNeal came out and hooked up a brand new HVAC system in our home. They done a great job on the install. Very professional and a pleasant experience. For all of your heating and cooling needs reach out to these guys , you won't be disappointed.

I love them. Chase and Tom usually take care of my equipment. They replaced my last furnace. They were the most profesdional in the presentation and orice.

Please read this before you use this company. Tom is rude, condescending, and a liar! Make sure you get everything in writing! He inspected our hvac system 3 times and insisted that he has 30 years of experience and could fix it. On the appointment date Tom sent Corey out ... who doesn't have 30 years ... Corey was very rude and condescending as well. Corey proceeded to inform me that he could only fix half of the issue, but for the same price! He spoke to me in an awful manner. I highly recommend you do NOT use this company!
