Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

We booked the appointment online, within an hour received a call back to verify details and confirm the same day appointment. The technician came to inspect our water heater, he was excellent at explaining what the issue was and offered us five suggestions. Our technician explained every step of the way, answered all our questions, he was professional, and worked diligently to get our new water heater in place. We are completely satisfied and happy with the work.

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

Professional and personable from start to finish. Started off as a possible repair and we decided to replace the water heater instead. Pricing was good and they offer a Veteran's discount. The installers/technicians took Covid safety precautions the entire time, they new what they were doing and gave clear instructions on the new install, cleaned up the work area when done and took the old tank with them. We received what anyone expects....great service for a fair price.

We called Eco-plumbers to remove our old gas range and install the new one. Their system for letting you know when they will arrive was very accurate and easy to understand. No waiting around for them to show up.

When the first plumber realized that he would need a second person to help him for this job, he immediately called and worked out another plumber to come out today.

Both of our plumbers, Hayder and Isaiah, were polite, amusing, professional, and very careful during the installation. After the stove was in, Hayder checked all around the it for any gas leaks and even went to the basement to check.

I feel confident that our gas stove is installed correctly. I also feel that my home and new appliance was treated the same as the 2 of them would treat their own homes.

I would happily contact Eco-plumbers again for plumbing services.

Hayder did a great job today. He was very professional, courteous, and explained everything very well. The GPS tracking app was nice, to be able to know when he would arrive at our home. I thought the overall pricing that was required by Eco Plumbers seemed excessive. Approx. $600 for a couple hours work, with no parts, seemed high, but I haven't contracted a plumber in years. However, the pricing had nothing to do with how professionally Hayder performed his duties. Thank you.

Amazing work! Their office kept me up to date on the technician arrival. When he got here he kept to Covid-19 safety protocols, and was able to answer all of my questions. Gas leaks are a pricey fix as a new home owner I wasn't expecting, but I was informed on payment plan options and that helped put my mind at ease. Thank you Eco Plumbers and thank you Hayder!

Hayder helped us with a shower leak a few months ago and his competence and professionalism stood out so much that I specifically requested him to diagnose an issue we had with two toilets. One was running for too long and the other wasn't flushing properly.

He addressed both issues efficiently and explained the underlying causes. I can't recommend him enough and will request him again, should the need arise.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me before the job was done. Tom and his helper were a pleasure to work with.

The review is based on return of investment for the charges quoted vs work needs to be performed. I called eco plumbers for a leak in the toilet tank in two bathrooms plus a shower replacement with an existing shower in the house (no part involved). The cost quoted for this entire work is over $2K. I called another plumber. He came and did the same work for $170. I appreciate the on-time arrival of ecoplumber service individual. But the quoted charges are way high unless the company is using very expensive luxury standard parts. Its a less than 30 minute work I noticed with the work done by other plumber. Several plumbers worked in my house on various issues in the last 23 years. I understand there will be expenses for companies over individuals serving the same job. By par this company's quote is way above all. Thought of sharing my two cents.
